Contact salon 248-864-8511. Custom wigs requires a deposit, usually half or more down. We will need details such as desired length, style, parting, and head circumference to quote your price. Custom color is also available.
The average wait time is 3 weeks or sooner depending on when your order is placed.
Allow at least two weeks for all appointment bookings. However cancellations do occur so feel free to call any day and time.
We pride ourselves on fast service as we value your time. an average salon visit can range from 1-4 hours based the service being received …. natural hair services being on the lower end and weaving\ chemical services on the longer end.
We may request a deposit to secure your appointment if you are a new client. This helps ensure that our Stylist’s time isn’t unfairly taken if a client decides to do a no call no show. We also take deposits for any custom work and to reserve hair extensions.
We politely request all clients let us know if they cant make an appointment as soon as possible. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, as we can fill that appointment space with a guest from our waiting list. Please note there is a $25 same day /no call or show cancellation. NO EXCEPTIONS

Yes we do. Every four clients referred, RKM Styles will honor a style valued at $60 to be used in salon.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. However in the rare case a client is unhappy, we will do everything in our power to ensure the client leaves satisfied with her services.
At RKM Styles, we use Design Essential hair care system. Design Essential hair care system is a professional quality that you can depend on to cleanse, condition, nourish, revitalize, and restore your hair to its natural beauty. We also use an additional array of products based on your hair care needs. Professional quality products always.
Absolutely! We politely request that you DO NOT shampoo your own hair. WE SHAMPOO EVERY CLIENT NO EXCEPTIONS.
We aim to create a calm and stress relieving atmosphere, where clients can relax in a tranquil environment and get away from the pressures of everyday life. It’s for this reason, RKM Styles doesn’t allow children unless being serviced.
